Terms of Use

These are the terms between you and GLOBL for using ME3T. Using ME3T means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What ME3T is

ME3T introduces you to two other people at a time, chosen by a compatibility framework, and gives the three of you what you need to actually meet — a reason, a starter, a place, a time. It is an introduction service. It is not an employment service, an investment service, a dating service, or a background-check service.

We introduce people. We do not vet them. Meeting someone through ME3T is the same act of judgement as meeting them anywhere else, and it stays yours.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• You need a valid access code from a community. ME3T is invitation-based; there is no open sign-up.
• One account per person per community. Don't create an account for someone else, or pretend to be one.
• If we have previously removed you, you may not come back under a new address.

3. Your account

There is no password. You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email address, so whoever controls that inbox controls your ME3T account— keep it secure, and tell us straight away if it isn't. Sessions last 30 days.

Your account belongs to you. You can delete it yourself at any time, from inside the app, and it goes immediately — see Your Data.

4. What you agree to do, and not do

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms and describe the behaviour ME3T expects. In short:

• Tell the truth in your profile. It is what the match is built on.
• Turn up when you accept a ME3T, or say you can't.
• Treat what other members share with you as theirs, not as a lead list. Do not scrape, export, or feed member data to anything.
• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual advances, or discrimination.
• No spam, no pitching, no recruiting-by-ambush, no multi-level marketing.
• Don't try to break the platform, get at data that isn't yours, or automate access to it.
• Follow the law wherever you are.

5. What you post

Your profile, your messages, your notes: yours. You keep them. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of running ME3T — showing your profile to the right two people at the right time, and delivering your messages to your group. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that what you post is yours to post. We can remove content that breaks these terms or the guidelines.

6. What is ours

ME3T, the name, the design, the software, the compatibility framework, and the N3TWORKING content are GLOBL's or licensed to us. Using ME3T doesn't transfer any of it to you. Don't copy the service or use our brand as your own.

7. Communities and organizers

You join ME3T through a community — a conference, a company, a cohort. Its organizer can see their own member list, run events and polls, and act on reports inside it. Organizers agree to their own terms with us, but an organizer is a separate party: what they do with a member list they can already see is between you and them.

A community may connect ME3T to its own system, in which case some data flows there — the Privacy Policy says exactly what. A community can close its doors, which means an organizer approves each member before they can do anything.

8. AI, and what it doesn't decide

ME3T writes the two-line introduction at the top of a ME3T with an AI model. Everything else — who you are matched with, whether you get in, what you score — is ordinary, inspectable code. No model decides anything about you. The introduction is a piece of writing, occasionally a clumsy one, and nothing more.

9. Safety, and the limits of ours

You can report and block anyone, and organizers review reports — the guidelines explain how. We act on what we are told.

But be clear about what that is worth: we do not run background checks, verify employment, or confirm that anyone is who they say they are. Meetings arranged through ME3T happen in the real world, between adults, without us there. Meet in public. Tell someone where you are going. Use the judgement you would use for any stranger, because that is what they are.

10. Ending it

• You can delete your account at any time, from the app, without asking us.
• We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, or that puts other members at risk. Where it's serious we act first and explain after.
• A community can remove you from itself. That ends your membership there, not your ME3T account.

11. The service is provided as it is

We work hard on ME3T, and it still comes with no warranty. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that a match will be a good one, that anyone will show up, or that a meeting will lead anywhere. To the fullest extent the law allows, GLOBL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for anything another member does, or for what comes of a meeting — and any liability we do have is capped at what you paid us for ME3T, which for members is nothing.

Some places don't allow those limits. Where that is true, they don't apply to you.

12. Changes, and the law

We may update these terms; if a change matters we will say so in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use ME3T after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of your own country gives you the right to sue at home, which it may.
