Your Data
Four things you can do, and precisely what each one does. The Privacy Policy covers what we hold and why; this page is the operating manual.
Delete your account
In the app: scroll to Your account at the bottom of your home screen, choose Delete my account, type DELETE, confirm. That's it — you don't have to email anyone, nobody reviews it, and there is nothing to talk you out of it.
It applies everywhere. If you belong to three communities, deleting your account deletes all three. There is no undo and no grace period — the whole thing runs as one database transaction while you wait.
What is deleted
- Your profile — name, email, role, company, industry, cities, interests, goal, offer, ask, LinkedIn, media link, phone, and your sharing switches.
- Your photo and any voice memo, deleted from file storage as well as from the database.
- Your opt-ins, your ME3T Me connect code, and every connection made from one.
- Every message you sent in a ME3T chat.
- Your poll votes, your daily-tip history, and your networking score along with the activity it was computed from.
- Your seat in every ME3T, and the ratings and outcomes attached to it.
- ME3Ts that had been proposed but never completed, so the other two members go back into the matching pool instead of holding a seat at a table that can never fill.
- Everyone you blocked.
- Your sign-in codes — including a waitlist entry, if you were on the waitlist before you had an account.
What survives, and why

Leave one community, keep your account
Deleting is not the only door. If you only want out of one community, ask its organizer to remove you — you keep your ME3T account and every other community you belong to. If you would rather stay but not be matched, set yourself to Invisible on your profile: you enter no matching pool and get no proposals, and nothing is deleted.
Get a copy of your data
Most of it is already on your screen — your profile, your ME3Ts, your connections, your score breakdown. For the rest, email privacy@me3t.app from the address on your account and we will send a machine-readable file of everything we hold about you, within 30 days and usually much sooner.
We'll ask you to confirm it's you — from the account's own email address — before sending anything. An export request is a great way to attack somebody else's account, so we treat it like one.
Ask us to do it for you
You have the right to ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and to object to how we use it. Email privacy@me3t.app. We answer within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Where your data physically is
- Database: Postgres, hosted by Supabase in the United States (AWS us-east-1).
- Photos and voice memos: Vercel Blob storage, United States.
- App and API: Vercel, United States.
- Nightly encrypted backups: GLOBL's Google Workspace, United States.
If you are outside the United States, using ME3T means your data is processed there. The full list of processors and what each one receives is in the Privacy Policy.
